About ECOUG
Organization Profile
The Eastern Caribbean Oracle Users' Group (COUG) is a non profit organization dedicated to the collection, dissemination and exchange of information concerning solutions based on the ORACLE RDBMS environment. Members include individuals and Corporations from both the Government and Private Sector, who are professionally involved with the technology.
Based in Trinidad, the ECOUG seeks to provide opportunities to interested individuals to maintain and upgrade their individual competence for the public benefit in the after mentioned technical areas, and to provide a liaison function between the user community and ORACLE in which questions and concerns may be raised and addressed.
